The Turnaround Management Association Program (TMAP) focuses on the key skills areas for restoring value to struggling enterprises and to avoid terminal insolvency. Program participants will develop skills in leadership, legal and accounting aspects for turnaround situations. Each of the three Executive Certificate courses: Strategic Turnaround Management; Law for Turnaround; and Accounting for Turnaround, have been developed collaboratively by UTS academics and key TMAA member practitioners. Successful completion will attract subject credits in the UTS MBA program.
